A formalized forum for informal inquiry compiles pieces of art criticism written in conjunction with a series of exhibitions Ted Hiebert, Jackson 2bears and Doug Jarvis hosted from 2011-13. It is supplemented with an essay identifying a stream of contemporary artistic interests that blur the boundaries between the imaginary and the everyday, conceived as "a formalized forum for informal inquiry."
