Three Okanagan Artists

March 14 – April 1, 1995
Exhibition

About the Program

Guest curated by Vicki Moulder, Three Okanagan Artists began an ongoing exchange with Alternator Gallery in Kelowna and featured a collaborative installation by Jim Kalnin, Lois Huey-Heck, and Byron Johnston. Using aluminium, apples, wood, water, and fabric (as well as a water trough and bilge pump), the work brought attention to natural phenomena and the physical laws of the Okanagan Valley and the planet, helping us to understand an inherent place in the fabric of life on Earth.
