Creative Access Description

A colour landscape image of three mouldy gelatin sculptures sitting on top of paper mache platforms at different heights with stalky golden-brown tendrils that snake down resembling tree branches. The gelatin sculptures have the shape of a small bell jar with flower petals, syringes, metal chains and limeflower embedded within it which are mostly obscured by white and pale-green fuzzy mould covering the exposed gelatin. Dried leaves, wilting spindly weed-like plants, and browning clusters of white flowers border the three murky, yellow-tinted gelatin sculptures. The different states of decay imply the amount of time that has passed since the installation of the work.
