Creative Access Description

Black and white portrait oriented image of a Ojibwe man seated in a reclined position with his right knee laying flat on the floor and his left knee up. His right arm is streched out behind to support him, while his left arm is extended forward, his hand flat on the floor with fingers out streched in front of his left shin. The man wears no clothing save a pair of black briefs, moccasins, and part of a coyote pelt on his head, the animal's head covering his face as a mask. The right side of his body is partially obscured in shadow and painted a dark colour, with a sharp vertical line bisecting his chest. Behind him on the floor is a small wooden tray with a few beer cans arranged behind it in front of the white gallery wall.
