Creative Access Description
A colour portrait image of a large, 18.5 feet long quilt made of old bed sheet fabric taken from above ground level, angled downwards. The image is off centre and tilted 45 degrees to the left. The quilt consists of square patches of fabric with different shades of red, brown and white, arranged in an Irish Chain pattern with the red patches forming the criss cross lines. The quilt has a border made up of brown and white patches with a double triangle pattern in each square. There are brownish patterns and images printed on to the fabric. The edge of the slide film creates a black border around the image.Description
