Creative Access Description

A single sheet folding publication with eight pages, on white paper stock slightly heavier than standard, printed with black ink. The front cover features the artist and interviewer names, exhibition dates, and gallery name, as well as a small square image of a mountain range foregrounded by the silhouette of a forest, centred on the page. The interview itself runs for six pages and is printed in a standard sans serif font with artist responses in bold. The interview features on page one an image of an elderly Gitxsan woman from the shoulders up. She wears a striped headband and has a kindly expression. On pages three and four there is a spread image of a mountain with patches of snow including a large one between two of its peaks, suggesting a glacier or other icepack. Page five features a close up of a cluster of woodland shrubs with oval shaped leaves in clusters of two and three. The last page of the publication lists other interviews published by Mercer Union, publication information, credits, gallery staff and board members, and the gallery's rectangular logo and address.
