Biography

Catherine Costello Hirata is an independent music professional based in Belmont, Massachusetts. She holds a Master's of Music in Piano Performance from the University of British Columbia and a Ph.D. in Music Theory from Columbia University. Originally from England, she has collaborated with her artist sister Violet Costello in projects at grunt gallery and Unit/Pitt in Vancouver.
