Panel Discussion

About the Program

Part of Artspeak's SET programme, this panel discussion extended the impact of the project and tapped into an established network of audiences. Participants included the invited artists Judy Radul and Geoffrey Farmer, as well as Vancouver artists whose practices involved similar approaches. Presented by Artspeak, the SET programme was a collaboration with UK-based collective Szuper Gallery. SET was a series of three exhibitions and performance/screenings, a publication, and discussion forum events stemming from an investigation of current performative practices in the work of Vancouver and UK artists working with rehearsal, re-enactment and the formal framework of performance.
