About the Program

In Naufus Ramírez-Figueroa's performance The Wandering Libido, the hole of the female genital organs may appear in another part of the body, the penis as a stiffness or as a piece of wood somewhere else. The artist takes on the role of patient and survivor of psychiatry, and attempts to convey the experience of sexuality while under Haldon, which can relocate a sensory experience into a different part of the body during a bout of hysteria and sexual frustration. This performance was presented by Gallery Gachet.
