About the Program
"Take that paint!! Put it there!! You can do it!! Cause you care!!"After quitting art school, Devon Gifford committed to a year-long regimen of physical training for cheerleading. In I quit art school to become a cheerleader, she performs her "opening cheers" designed to unite the audience in their expression of support for our local artists. This performance was presented by the Helen Pitt Gallery, now known as UNIT/PITT.
