About the Program
Deb Dyer's Observations was an exhibition of urban folk art constructions. The works in the series combine humour and cynicism with an ironic twist to provide a portrait of urban dwelling. The small mixed media theatrical stagings of wall-mounted Murphys Law-like visual pun scenarios employ either human powered movement(s), pop-up book mechanisms, implied kinetic structures, or motorized mechanical engineering.~root~>Artist
