About the Program

Polly Bak's A Good-Hearted White Girls’ Search For Identity featured collage work, framed in boxes. Pictures and objects tell the story of the artist's life, accompanied by stories/anecdotes from her life experiences—including memories from her time travelling as far south as Georgia and as far north as Ohio as a student and civil rights worker.
