auto-mnemonic six nations

April 4 – May 10, 2008
Exhibition, Artist Talk

About the Program

Greg Staats' auto-mnemonic six nations continues his study of the emotional architecture of shelter, within both the urban and natural environs. Shelter protects vulnerability and when placed within the context of a mnemonic continuum of Mohawk cultural remembrance and the landscape of the Six Nations of the Grand River territory, these video and photographic works awaken many dormant memories.

An artist talk was presented on April 5, 2008.
