About the Program

In celebrating a full year of grunting, the grunt co-operatively run gallery announced the first gruntober show. This consisted of current work by current grunters and also a few disgrunters. There were works by many of the artists who showed in the past year: spike mckinley, Ken Gerberick, Hillary Wood, Kempton Dexter, Gary Ouimet, Daav MacNabb, Anne Beesack, Dianne Radmore, and Garry Ross, as well as others who had yet to show at grunt: Zoe Lambert, Cheryl Anson, Danielle Peacock, and Jean MacRae. The opening for gruntober included a performance by "Mr. Alternate Vancouver 1987" Billy Gene.
