About the Program

L.A. Taxi is a series of eleven black and white photographs by Robert Blake. He states that, "I have heard that Los Angeles is a city of dreams where the inhabitants are always in transit. In the dream of L.A., you are who you appear to be. Context is everything; content has no meaning."
