About the Program

"The Map of the Desire Reality; the rectilinear dimensions of its deep space colour infinite crawl increasingly up the wall, reaching into our minds and away from the legerdemain of the state. In space are these portraits; the subject matter being men and boys and women... the colours casting a light into some inner chamber of their human madness. The never-answered, always-dictated theories of our evolutionary evolvement on this planet grow sordid when we are faced with any external-reality referencing systems... an idea of fusion comes to mind, a void of all-colour, a void of no-colour, the subconscious arena we all exist in, but often deny falls Patterned within our conscious Laughter." Susi Milne's Patterned Laughter featured installation, watercolour portraits, and sections of multimedia journals.
