Creative Access Description
A colour landscape image of three acrylic paintings mounted in a row on a white wall in a gallery space. All the paintings are in landscape orientation and have the same dimensions, 18 inches by 24 inches. The paintings feature naked figures in different settings such as standing and posing toward the audience, figures standing in a dark room and a figure carrying another figure while standing next to a mechanical device. The figures depicted have parts of their bodies incomplete, outlines left unrendered and limbs replaced with prosthetics. These figures are set against chaotic and visually charged abstracted landscapes in pale, muted colours that resemble a half-painted room with hazily present objects and structures melting towards each other, blurring the boundaries of the space.Description
