Creative Access Description
A colour landscape image of seven sculptural works installed in grunt gallery’s space, four on the ground and three on the walls. At the back of the space, there is a platform with a shiny, dark green fabric covering the top and sides of it. Atop the platform is a casket-like shape draped in several layers of brown and red fabric Situated perpendicularly in front of this is a smaller casket on top of a shorter platform covered with beige fabric. To the left is a grave-like structure outlined by concrete bricks with a bed of colourful plastic flowers inside it. At the bottom right corner is a concrete slab, lying very low on the ground covered and surrounded with flowers, dried moss, lemons and potatoes. Mounted on the walls are three altar-like sculptures with white fabric draped over them, one on the left wall and two on the right wall. There is a beige, floor-to-ceiling curtain obscuring the back of the space.Description
