Creative Access Description
A colour portrait image of two tall ceramic vessels, about the height of an adult, installed sparsely from each other in a gallery space with white walls and cement floors. The vessels are made up of vertically stacked smaller vessels with varying circumferences and surfaces that have been manipulated in various ways. They have been glazed with earthy grey, brown and white colours, resembling stoneware, with speckles and drips in certain areas. The surface of the vessels varies, some parts have textured expanding bulges and some smooth undulating shapes. The vessels stand tall, resembling totemic figures.Description
