Creative Access Description
A colour landscape image of multimedia works installed on the walls and on a table in a gallery space with a window wall entrance. Next to the entrance is a table containing original family documents protected behind plexiglass. The wall on the left has been painted black and is titled “Matter in Space”. The wall features eleven laser lightjet prints, five on top and six at the bottom, on premium lustre paper mounted on foam core. Each print features a portrait of a person against a dark background that allows the prints to blend into the wall. There is a TV mounted on the wall in the middle of the bottom row, nestled between the prints. The right wall is in plain gallery white and has 51 photocopies of family photos, documents and book excerpts mounted by magnets. In the middle of the space is a table, with white office chairs, containing artifacts used by the artist as inspiration, reference, and support. These items include a compilation of books, objects, photos, art, and stim toys.Description
