Creative Access Description

Colour landscape image showing a close up of a carved vessel in the form of an eagle in the Lil'wat style reclining with its wings and feet extending forward creating the form of a bowl. The work is carved from Arizona sandstone with the head and upper body of the eagle coloured a pale earthy grey while the lower part of the bowl features a prominent band of red ochre colour. The work sits on an animal pelt which is white with brown and grey patches against a dark background.
