This anthology provides an overview of recent Prairie video, a brief history of the video community in Winnipeg and the origins of Video Pool, as well as commentary by figures from the scene. Other topics include queer cinema on the Prairies, the differences between experimental film and video, and the cultural and geographical differences between Canadian and UK video. The events of September 11, 2001 are also addressed. Includes lists of acquisitions, staff, and board members for 2001, as well as information on Video Pool awards and artist residencies.
