Creative Access Description

One piece of white paper in portrait orientation with smaller pieces of paper glued to it in a layout prepared for photocopying. A thin strip of paper is glued across the top of the page with the performance title in a slightly oversized sans serif font in black. A wider strip of paper follows with the performance background written in the same font in standard reading size. In the lower left corner of the page, another rectangle of paper is affixed with the lyrics to the the musical portion of the performance in the same font, albeit slightly smaller size. In the bottom right corner of the page, romanized Japanese lyrics and their English translation, followed by the artist's signature is written in blue ink directly on the page.
