A single piece of white ledger size paper folded in half to create a booklet (front cover, interior spread, back cover) printed on in black ink. The front cover includes the documents title centred on the page in block capital sans serif font with the artist's name in bold, larger size text. Above the title, a dark landscape image shows a feminine figure under a spotlight obscured by a cage-like structure and the surrounding darkness. Below the title, a portrait image shows a performer, wearing a police officer's peaked cap and a costume pig's nose, glancing sideways while holding their ear in one hand and a microphone in the other. The inside spread includes image credits for the booklet and a short text in a standard size serif font. Three dark and low resolution images are arranged on the spread. On the left side, an image of two performers, one dressed in a suit and the other in leather boots and a leather jacket standing over a naked performer with their legs and arms spread lying on their back on the floor. The second image on the left side shows a woman in a short skirt with blonde hair in pigtails singing into a microphone next to a shirtless performer with long hair hanging upside down from the ceiling. The third image on the right side of the spread shows two feminine performers in goth club outfits dancing in a cage like structure under a bright light. On the back cover, cassette and video releases are listed in two separate blocks by date in a standard size serif font. A promotional image for the cassette The Return of the Repressed features the album title in a campy melting/dripping horror font above an image of a white woman with a fishnet top and dark eye shadow having her face stepped on by a black leather boot. A second promotional image for the video work Under Which We Live is an indiscernible abstraction, possibly of a tall building shot from below, reductively edited to emphasize texture over form.Description
