Catalogue for the Lebanon pavilion at the 52nd Venice Biennale, held from June 10 to November 21, 2007. For the first time, Lebanon was officially present with its own pavilion at the Venice Biennial. The exhibition Foreword was located in the former Birreria Deher on Giudecca Island. It was curated by Saleh Barakat and Sandra Dagher, and showed works by Fouad Elkoury, Lamia Joreige, Walid Sadek, Mounira Al Solh, and Akram Zaatari.
