Creative Access Description

A black and white landscape oriented image of a work of performance art. A performer dressed in black robes stands amidst his audience in a busy gallery space. On his head we wears an oversized headpiece built of paper mache to look like the artist Diego Rivera. The head is comical in its proportion to the performers body, appearing top heavy and prone to imbalance, as well as in its features: large goggly eyes, mouth slightly agape, and a scruff of dark curly hair. The audience encircles him, most smiling at the spectacle. In the upper left corner of the image a white lacey curtain or other piece of fabric hangs, casting a triangular shadow on the wall behind the performer.
