Black and white landscape oriented image white man with short cropped curly hair wearing sneakers and shorts sitting with his arms and legs in font of him under a spotlight. His facial expression is one of intensity, even pain. His head protrudes through a gap at one end of a section of white picket fence, about seven feet in length, such that he wears it around his neck. He is also tangled in a length of curling barbed wire. Around him on stage is a chaotic cluster of performance props including smashed bricks, broken mailboxes, towels, and a variety of debris. Behind him is the bottom right corner of a large projected image of a metal armature decorated with lightbulbs, possible part of a carnival ride, next to a tree. The edges of the stage beyond the spotlight are dark.Description
