Creative Access Description
Black and white portrait oriented image of a Hopi, Apache and Mi'kmaq woman dancing on an otherwise empty stage. She crouches with her arms open in front of her at knee level, facing down and to the right side of the frame. Her fringed blanket, patterned in light, mid, and darker toned stripes, is draped over her head and body, obscuring most of the details of her form except for the highlights of white mask she wears amid the shadows of her short dark hair and the hood formed by the blanket. The floor of the stage disappears into the shadows behind her.~root~>Description
