Dr. Beatrice Medicine (Lakota name: Hinsha Waste Agli Win - "Returns Victorious with a Red Horse Woman") was a Sihasapa and Minneconjou Lakota scholar, anthropologist, and educator known for her work in the fields of Indigenous languages, cultures, and history.
