Mo-Ling is a Senior Lecturer on BA (Hons) Design Management at London College of Communication, and was Course Leader from 2015 to 2022. She is a creative director and strategist, facilitator, and curator/programmer with over 20 years experience conceptualizing, designing, managing, and delivering diverse projects internationally (UK, China, Canada). In her research and creative practice, Mo-Ling applies ethnographic and human-centred design thinking approaches to develop cultural intelligence and social design projects. She explores themes around creativity/design pedagogy, emerging and future identities, diversity and diaspora. She holds a BA in International Relations and Asian Studies from the University of British Columbia and an MA in Interactive Multimedia from London College of Printing.Design Competency Futures, 2024
