March 1 – April 1, 2006
Artist Talk, Curator Talk

About the Program

Mirificus: causing wonder or admiration, wonderful, marvellous, extraordinary, singular, strange

Curated by Vancouver writer and performer Lizard Jones, Mirificus was a three-person painting and sculpture exhibition with Persimmon Blackbridge, Suzo Hickey, and Elaine Savoie that explored devotional art with passion, ir/reverence, and humour through objects that are playful, disturbing, and strange.

An artist and curator talk was presented on March 11, 2006.
