About the Program
Visual Poems For the Ill at Ease: Plays in Plastic by Gary Ouimet and Daav MacNab included small sculptures that contrast and compliment their titles in a witty and perceptive way. The sculptures were constructed from found materials and reflect the disposable societies clutter of plastic waste. Their titles, ranging from the socio-political to reflections on aesthetics, are often humorous, sometimes serious, and provide an interesting commentary on the sculpture.
